Welcome to Sonoran Boxers!
We are a small home-based kennel and are located west of the Phoenix area in
Surprise, Arizona.
My journey into the dog show world began as a youth in Old English Sheepdogs.
After raising three children, empty nest syndrome hit…then we were swept away by
the love of this boxer breed through our companion girl “Tycie”!
And, the story begins…
Our breeding program strives to provide quality sound structure, wise health
decisions and the essential incorporation of fine loveable boxer temperaments in
our dogs.
We have been fortunate to have received our foundation dogs from Gayann and
Randy Jones of R and G Boxers. They are: “Isabelle” R and G’s Simply Put dam of
“Raja” Ch. R and G’s Simply Irresistible (a 2009 Top Twenty-Five Boxer bred at
Sonoran Boxers) sired by Ch. Dynamic Don Diego, and our boy “Connor” - Ch. R and
G’s First Knight who has many pointed puppies currently showing. We would like
to give special recognition to Sarah South of Backwoods Boxers who bred our girl
“Roxy” Ch. Backwoods Shakin’ My Booty – “Roxy” currently resides in Alabama with
Sarah!
We are quite excited about our girl “Sophia” Fanfare N’ Sonoran’s Bare Naked
Lady who was bred by Dotti Giovannetti of Fanfare Boxers (by our boy “Connor”)
and Dotti’s girl “Kaylee” – Ch. Fanfare Lady Marmalade, DOM…thank you Dotti for
letting us have this beautiful girl! “Sophia” is co-owned by Mollie Smith of
Symphony Boxers. We are very excited about this little girl’s future!
Each of our boxers is a vital member of the family. We do have occasional
litters, or may be able to refer you to reputable boxer breeders.
